Delete your account
You can delete your Appreciety account yourself, in the app. It takes about a minute.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab and tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. If you signed in with Google, type your @username instead.
What we delete right away
- Your profile photos and account details (your name, e-mail and username are replaced with anonymous ones).
- Who you follow, who follows you, and your blocks.
- Your favorites, lists, visits and likes.
- Your private routes and your messages to support.
- Sign-in sessions, push notification tokens and security codes.
What stays
Public comments, public routes and places you added stay, shown under the name “Deleted user” with no link to your name, e-mail or photo.
Can’t use the app?
Write to support@appreciety.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and process it within 30 days.
